Q: How long is Shipping & Handling

A: Handling time for most orders is 1-2 business days, shipping time varies based on destination but its typically 3-4 business days. (We're on the East Coast)

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes, we accept returns, items must be returned in their original condition with original packaging with 14 business days.

Q: Why are your items so pricey?

A: Each of our items are Handcrafted and fine-tune finished to ensure each piece that LELLOBABY produces is of the highest quality, we use the highest grade materials to ensure crystal clear lucites and super smooth finishes on all of our products.
